For companies with a real operation

Your whole operation {in a system your team uses}

When the business already works but lives in spreadsheets, emails and systems that do not talk to each other, every mistake costs money and nobody has the full picture. I build the system that puts the operation in order: control, traceability, less manual work and data that is yours.

Use cases

What I usually build

Internal platforms

The central system where the operation lives: orders, customers, inventory, documents, with role-based permissions.

Operations dashboards

What is happening today, who has it, what is missing and where time is lost, on one screen that needs no explanation.

Process digitisation

The process that runs on paper, WhatsApp or Excel today, turned into a flow with statuses, owners and a record.

APIs and integrations

Your system talking to invoicing, the bank, the CRM, WhatsApp or any supplier, without copying data by hand.

Web and mobile applications

For the field team, the customer or the supplier: the same information, on the phone, as it happens.

System modernisation

Moving the operation off an old system without stopping the business: in phases, with data migrated and verified.

Real-time systems

When a second matters: boards that update themselves, matching, alerts, work queues.

What the company gains

Technology in the service of five things

01

Control

You know what is happening without asking: every operation has a status, an owner and a date.

02

Fewer errors

What is copied by hand today stops being copied. A piece of data is written once and serves everyone.

03

Traceability

Who did what and when, on record. Audits, claims and closings stop being archaeology.

04

Productivity

The team does the work, not the administration of the work. The hours go back to the operation.

05

Data ownership

Your information in your database, exportable, not dependent on a vendor that changes its prices one day.

Systems in production

Cassa Hotel — The hotel stopped depending on Booking and Airbnb

A boutique hotel in Orlando was paying commission on nearly every booking that came in. I built them their own booking site — in three languages, with online payment and automatic confirmation — plus a back office where their team manages rooms, rates, guests and services on their own. Every direct booking is margin the hotel keeps.

OreFlow — Exporting ore without losing a document or a day of vessel time

Every shipment involves dozens of documents, permits and deadlines — and when one slips, it is paid for in vessel downtime. I centralised the whole operation in one system: which document is missing, who must sign it, how long each phase is taking and where time is being lost. The team logs it from their phones, dockside, as it happens.

How I work

From diagnosis to a system in production

01

Diagnosis

A conversation with whoever runs the operation and, if needed, a morning watching how the team works. I come out with a map of the process and the data.

02

Written proposal

Scope by phases, timelines, price and what is left out. You read it at your own pace and we discuss it until it closes.

03

Delivery in stages

Every two weeks you see a part working with your real data. It gets corrected along the way, not at the end.

04

Go-live and follow-up

Data migration, team training, monitoring. I stay while they adopt it, and afterwards on a retainer if you want.

Investment

Per project, with a written proposal

Every system is quoted by its scope, but the floor is published so you know what we are talking about: projects start at $1,500 — an internal tool with one flow, its data and its users — and a full platform is budgeted in phases. Post-launch support, if you want it, is a monthly retainer from $60. Paid by milestones; never for something you have not seen working.

Talk about the system

Tell me how your operation works today

You do not need to know which system you need; knowing what hurts is enough for me to propose where to start. I reply within one business day.

You
With country code. If you prefer email, leave it blank.
So I know which currency and time zone we are talking in.
Your project
Orders, inventory, documents, appointments, reports… whatever lives in spreadsheets or WhatsApp today.

I reply within one business day on the channel you choose. None of this commits you to anything.

Frequently asked questions

Why not buy off-the-shelf software?

Sometimes you should, and I will tell you if that is your case. A custom system makes sense when the process is yours, when generic software forces you to work its way, or when you are paying subscriptions for something you use at 20%.

Does the business have to stop to change systems?

No. It is built in phases and migrated in parts, with the old and the new system coexisting until the data matches. The cut-over happens once the team is already using it.

Who maintains the system afterwards?

I can, on a monthly retainer, or your team can: the code is yours, documented, on standard technology any developer knows.

Do you work with companies outside Venezuela?

Yes. Most of my clients are in the United States and Spain, and I have worked remotely with all of them for years.

How do I pay?

By milestones, against deliveries you have tested. Zelle, USDT or international transfer, always with a written receipt.

Does your operation deserve its own system?

Tell me how you work today. I will tell you frankly whether a custom system suits you, where to start and what it would cost.
