Short version: we collect what you type into the intake form, we use it to build your website, and we do not sell it. This site does load the Meta pixel to measure our ads, and that sets cookies — everything it does is below.

Who is responsible

What we collect

What you send us. The intake form asks for your business name, trade, email address, optional phone number, service area, current website if you have one, the services you want on the site, and any notes you add. If you email us instead, we hold that message and whatever is in it.

What your browser sends. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.

Aggregate analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that measures page views and referrers without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not track you across other websites.

The Meta pixel. This site loads the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel so we can tell which ads bring visits and intakes. The pixel sets cookies, records which pages of this site you view, and sends that activity to Meta, which can tie it to your account if you have one. That is advertising, not analytics, which is why we say it separately.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. Payment, when it happens, is handled by a payment processor that receives those details directly; we see only that a payment succeeded.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the Meta pixel cookies described above, and they exist to measure ads. There are no other advertising or tracking cookies. If you would rather avoid them, block tracking in your browser or use the ad controls on your Meta account; the site works the same either way.

Your browser may also store preferences locally on your own device, such as the language you picked; that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Why we use it

To build and deliver the website you ordered — the whole reason the intake exists.
To reply to you, send your build plan, and send your preview link.
To keep records of what was agreed, including your start and delivery timestamps.
To meet accounting and tax obligations.
To keep the site available and defend it against abuse.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers, each only with what they need to do their job: our hosting provider, our email provider, our analytics provider, our payment processor, and Meta, through the advertising pixel. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to any list you did not ask to be on. The only thing that reaches an advertising platform is the activity the pixel measures on this site — never what you type into the intake form.

Information that you ask us to publish on your own website — your phone number, your address, your services — becomes public because that is its purpose. That is your decision to make, and you make it in the intake.

How long we keep it

Intake submissions and project correspondence: for the duration of the project and then up to seven years, because that is how long financial and contractual records generally need to be retained. Server logs: a short rolling window, then deleted. Analytics data: aggregate only, with nothing that identifies you. What the pixel sends to Meta is kept by Meta under its own policies, not ours.

If you contact us and never become a client, we delete your submission within twelve months.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hola@ricardogiannotti.com and we will act on it within thirty days. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — including, in some US states, the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information; in some states, what the Meta pixel shares for advertising does count as sharing, and you can stop it by blocking tracking in your browser or by writing to that same address.

Deletion has one limit: we keep whatever we are legally required to keep for accounting purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to intake submissions is limited to the people building your site. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — if a breach affected your information we would tell you, promptly and in writing.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date below. Material changes affecting existing clients are sent by email rather than published quietly.
