The published schedule
Your website, hour by hour.
Every build runs on the same timetable. You always know what is happening, what we need from you, and when it lands — because the whole thing is published in advance instead of explained after the fact.
Hour by hour
The 48-hour schedule
Below is the actual sequence, in order. Your part of it takes about 15 minutes at the start and one written reply in the middle.
You fill out the intake — 15 minutes
Tell us what you do, who your customers are, and what you want the site to accomplish. Attach your logo and photos if you have them. If you don’t, we handle it.
We send you the build plan — in writing
You get a short written summary of your pages, tone, and the one action you want visitors to take. Reply "looks good" (or mark it up) and the build starts.
Design preview lands in your inbox
A working preview of your homepage — real copy, real layout, on a live link. You send back changes the same way you’d text a friend.
Revisions, polish, and speed checks
We fold in your feedback, connect your domain, and tune the site to load fast on a phone in a parking lot — because that’s where your customers are.
Your site is live. For real.
Launched on your domain, secured with SSL, indexed by Google, and 100% owned by you. We send the keys, the files, and a 5-minute walkthrough video.
Hour 04
This is the plan you approve
The whole build hangs on one reply from you, so it is worth seeing what you are replying to. Below is the shape of it, filled in for an example company. Yours lands by email about four hours after your intake.
- Pages
- Home, Emergency AC repair, System replacement, Contact.
- Tone
- Direct and local, no jargon. The line that carries it: “we answer at 2 AM”.
- The one action
- Call you. Tap-to-call in the header and a sticky bar on mobile.
- Above the fold
- Emergency number, service area, licence number.
- Still needed from you
- Nothing. If you have truck or install photos they make the hour-24 preview.
You reply “looks good” and the build starts. If something is off you mark it up, and it changes before anything gets designed.
Why there are no phone calls
Not because we’re antisocial — because scheduling is where fast projects go to die. A 30-minute conversation costs two days of calendar tag before it happens, and then nobody can remember what was agreed.
Writing fixes both problems. You answer the intake at whatever hour you actually have free. The build plan arrives as a document you can re-read, forward to a partner, or mark up line by line. Your approval is a reply. And when a question comes up at hour 30, it gets answered in minutes instead of waiting for a slot that suits us both.
You still talk to a person the whole way through. You just do it in a thread instead of a calendar invite.
What we need from you (and what we don’t)
What you do and who pays you for it
Your services, your service area, and the one thing you want a visitor to do — call, request a quote, or book. That is most of the intake form.
One written approval at hour 04
You read the build plan and reply “looks good” or mark it up. This is the only hard dependency in the whole schedule.
Logo, photos, existing brand colors
They help and they speed things up. If you don’t have them, we source imagery and set type-based branding that looks deliberate.
Written copy, sitemaps, wireframes, or a spec
We write every word and decide the structure. If you already have copy you like, send it — but nothing is waiting on you to produce a document.
Your time on a scheduled call
There isn’t one. Everything above happens over email or chat, on your schedule.

Questions about the process
The rest of them live on the FAQ page, and the numbers live on the pricing page.
When exactly does the 48 hours clock start?
The moment your intake form is submitted — not when you pay, not when we reply. If you send the intake at 9 PM on a Tuesday, your site is live by 9 PM on Thursday. You get a written confirmation with your two timestamps in it, so there is never a disagreement about when the clock started.
Do we ever have to get on the phone?
No, and that is deliberate. Every step happens in writing: the intake form, the build plan, your approval, the preview link, your revisions. Written beats spoken here — you can answer at 11 PM between jobs, and there is a record of every decision instead of two people remembering a conversation differently.
What if I don’t have a logo or photos?
We build it anyway. We set type-based branding that looks intentional rather than improvised, and we source licensed imagery that fits your trade and your region. If you send photos later, we drop them in during your free tweak window at no cost.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
One structured round at the preview stage — you mark up the preview and we fold everything in before launch — plus 14 days of free small fixes after the site is live. In practice most builds need one pass, because the build plan at hour 04 settles the big decisions before anything gets designed.
