Cassa Hotel — The hotel stopped depending on Booking and Airbnb

A boutique hotel in Orlando was paying commission on nearly every booking that came in. I built them their own booking site — in three languages, with online payment and automatic confirmation — plus a back office where their team manages rooms, rates, guests and services on their own. Every direct booking is margin the hotel keeps.

OreFlow — Exporting ore without losing a document or a day of vessel time

Every shipment involves dozens of documents, permits and deadlines — and when one slips, it is paid for in vessel downtime. I centralised the whole operation in one system: which document is missing, who must sign it, how long each phase is taking and where time is being lost. The team logs it from their phones, dockside, as it happens.

MatchHorse — A betting house where the house does not bet

Players bet against each other and the system matches them automatically, with balances, limits and an auditable record of every movement. With no house taking the risk, the business earns on volume rather than on customers losing. Mobile app and web platform, everything updating instantly.

Two products in one: an app where customers find the nearest professional with real availability, and a scheduling tool where the salon manages appointments, staff, services and hours. It launched with one pilot salon and is built to add hundreds more without rewriting anything.
