Saloom: the salon's calendar {and the customer's map}

Besides building software for others, I build my own. Saloom was born from a concrete need — salons running their calendar over WhatsApp and customers who do not know who has a slot today — and it is the lab where I test how a vertical SaaS gets built from Venezuela for any market.

Saloom Business

The business's calendar: appointments per professional, staff, services, hours, client base and reports. It runs today in one pilot salon in Caracas and is built to add establishments without a rewrite.

  • Per-professional calendar with detail and editing of each appointment
  • Staff: each person's services and hours
  • Client base and appointment and revenue reports
  • Back office for accounts, plans and billing

Saloom, the marketplace

The app where a customer finds the nearest professional with real availability and books in four steps. It is built and tested, but a marketplace is only worth something once enough salons are on it: it opens to the public when Saloom Business has them.

  • Discovery by proximity and by service
  • Professional profile with real availability
  • Booking and confirmation from the phone
  • No calls: everything through the app

To be clear and not sell smoke: what you can use today is Saloom Business, in pilot and with direct support. The marketplace comes later, and this page will be updated when that happens.

What it looks like today

What I learn with Saloom

And why it helps your projects

01

Product, not just code

Onboarding, retention, plans and billing: the problems of a real SaaS, solved with my own users before yours.

02

Multi-tenant from day one

Hundreds of businesses on one platform without mixing data. The same base I use when a client needs a system with several locations.

03

Geolocation and real availability

Finding "who has a slot near me right now" is a concrete technical problem that is already solved and tested.

Run a salon or a clinic and want to try Saloom Business?

The pilot is free while it lasts, with direct support. In return, I ask for honest feedback.
