Terms of service.

Written to be read. These terms govern every build we take on, and they say the same things the rest of the site says — the price is published, the deadline is real, and the finished site is yours.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you (the “client”) and Ricardo Giannotti, an independent professional based in Caracas, Venezuela (“we”, “us”). Contact for all matters under these terms is hola@ricardogiannotti.com.

2. What you are buying

One of the packages published on the pricing page, at the price listed there. The published range is $199–$899, charged once. Each package states the page count, the delivery window and what is included; those statements form part of this agreement.

Not included in any package unless separately agreed in writing: original photography or video, logo and brand identity design, paid advertising, ongoing content production, third-party software licences, and integrations with systems not named in your build plan.

3. When the clock starts

The delivery window begins when your intake submission is complete, not when payment is received and not when we reply. On submission you receive written confirmation containing your start timestamp and your delivery timestamp. Those two timestamps govern.

  • Launch — delivered within 48 hours of a complete intake.
  • Business — delivered within 72 hours of a complete intake.
  • Complete — delivered within 96 hours of a complete intake.

4. What we need from you

A complete intake, and one written approval of the build plan we send within four hours of intake. Approval is the only hard dependency in the schedule.

If your approval is delayed, the delivery deadline extends by the length of the delay, and we will tell you the revised timestamp in writing rather than allow the original date to pass silently. Nothing else you send — photos, a logo, additional detail — affects the deadline; late material is folded into the free revision window instead.

5. The deadline guarantee

If we deliver later than the timestamp in your written confirmation, and the delay was not caused by a late approval under section 4 or by circumstances outside our reasonable control, you receive a full refund of the package price. The refund is the entire remedy for a missed deadline.

You keep whatever has been built at the point of the refund, including the files. We do not take the work back.

6. Revisions and post-launch changes

Every package includes one structured revision round at the preview stage, plus 14 days of free small changes after launch — corrections, swapped photographs, a service you forgot to mention. The Complete package extends the free window to 30 days.

Changes that alter the agreed scope — additional pages, a new service section, a restructure — are quoted separately against the published package prices, and you approve the difference in writing before work starts.

7. Ownership

On delivery, you own the finished website: the page files, the copy we wrote for you, and the layout as built. The domain is registered in your name. On request at any time, we send you a complete copy of the files at no charge and with no exit fee.

We retain ownership of the underlying design system, components and build tools used to produce the site, and we may reuse them for other clients. We do not reuse your copy, your images or your structure.

Imagery we source on your behalf is licensed for your commercial use as part of the site. Material you supply remains yours, and by supplying it you confirm you have the right to use it.

8. Hosting and the first year

Every package includes SSL and the first year of hosting. After the first year, hosting renews at the flat annual rate published before purchase. You may decline renewal and move the site elsewhere at any time; we will provide the files and assist with the domain records.

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Where an outage is within our control we will restore service as quickly as we can and tell you what happened.

9. Payment

The package price is payable once, in full, at the published amount. Nothing is charged before you approve the build plan at hour 04. We do not operate subscriptions, retainers or automatic renewals other than the annual hosting renewal described in section 8, which we notify before it is charged.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before you approve the build plan, at no cost, since nothing has been charged. After approval, cancellation refunds the package price less work already completed, and you keep the files for that work.

11. Acceptable use

We do not build sites for content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, that is designed to deceive, or that we judge in good faith to be harmful. If this becomes apparent after the clock starts, we will stop the build and refund you in full.

12. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic volume, lead volume or revenue. We build sites that are technically sound, fast and structured to be found — outcomes in a competitive market depend on factors outside anyone’s control, and any supplier promising a ranking is telling you something untrue.

Comparative figures quoted on this site — such as an agency range of $2,500–$8,000 — are market observations for context, not representations about any particular competitor.

13. Liability

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with a build is limited to the package price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your build is the one published on the day your clock started, and we will send you a copy on request.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
