Who you’re hiring

Small team. Published prices. Sites you own.

We build websites for people who run businesses with their hands and their phones — and who needed the site three weeks ago.

Why 48 hours

Because that is how long the work actually takes once you remove the waiting. A small-business website is not a hard technical problem — it is a coordination problem. The design decisions take an afternoon. The copy takes a morning. What takes six weeks is everyone waiting on everyone.

So we removed the waiting. The design system exists before your order. The hosting, the SSL and the search-engine submission are one step, not a project phase. The only thing that has to happen in sequence is the part that is genuinely about your business — and that fits in two days.

Why everything is in writing

You are not sitting at a desk waiting for a calendar invite. You are on a roof, in a crawlspace, or between jobs with fifteen minutes and a phone.

Writing works for that. You answer the intake at 11 PM. You read the build plan twice and forward it to your partner. Your approval is one reply. And when a question comes up mid-build, it gets answered in minutes instead of waiting for a slot that works for both of us. There is also a record of every decision, which matters more than people expect — nobody ends up arguing about what was agreed.

Why we publish our prices

Because a quote is a negotiation about how much you can afford, and we would rather not have that conversation. The agency range for a small-business site is $2,500–$8,000, and where you land inside it has more to do with how you answered the discovery questions than with what gets built.

Our three numbers are $199–$899, printed on the pricing page, the same for everyone. If the package fits, the price is the price.

Who we build for

Mostly trades and local service businesses: HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, roofers, general contractors. Also restaurants, salons, clinics and anyone whose customers find them on a phone, in a hurry, with a problem.

What those businesses have in common is that the website has exactly one job — get the customer to make contact — and that the owner does not have six weeks to spend on it. That is the whole brief, and it is the one we are built for.

The deadline guarantee

Money back if we miss the deadline. Not a partial refund, not a credit toward future work, and no argument about whether the delay was our fault. We publish a deadline, you get a written timestamp when the clock starts, and if we miss it you are made whole.

A deadline you can hold someone to is worth more than a promise you cannot. That is the entire reason the guarantee exists.
